Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Rolled Oats 2 cups (blend the oats to make oat flour)

Butter 100g (at room temperature)

Cream Cheese 100g

Coconut Sugar 1 cup

Egg Yolks 2

Dark Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cups

Baking Soda 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees C.

Cream the butter, cream cheese, coconute sugar, baking soda and salt using a beater. Then add the egg yolks, chocolate chips and oat flour.

Spoon the mixture onto a greased tray and bake for 15 minutes. Should make 18 amazing cookies:).
