Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: Rolled Oats 2 cups (blend the oats to make oat flour) Butter 100g (at room temperature) Cream Cheese 100g Coconut Sugar 1 cup Egg Yolks 2 Dark Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cups Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Method: Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees C. Cream the butter, cream cheese, coconute sugar, baking soda and salt using a beater. Then add the egg yolks, chocolate chips and oat flour. Spoon the mixture onto a greased tray and bake for 15 minutes
Banana Bread Ingredients: Almond Flour 2 cups Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Ripe Bananas 3, mashed Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Eggs 3 Ground Cinnamon 1 tbsp Salt, pinch of salt Water 1/4 cup Method: Pre-heat oven on 180 degrees C. Mix your ingredients well in either a mixing bowl or in a blender. Pour your batter into either a well greased baking pan/silicone pan or loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until nicely browned.
