Muesli Slice, makes 15 Rolled Oats 1¼ cup Almond Flour 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut ½ cup Honey ½ cup Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Eggs 2 Coconut Oil 2 tbsp, melted Dark Chocolate Chips ½ cup Place all these ingredients into a bowl and hand mix. Place in a greased baking dish and flatten. Bake for about 15 minutes on 180 degrees C. Once cooled, cut into long slices and place the rest in the fridge.
Ok, so this isn’t exactly the most exciting subject to bring up so let me be brief. YOU need to poo every day, preferably a few times a day, however everyone is different. Lets get to the nitty gritty, when food enters our mouth it will eventually get broken down and digested. Our body will use what it needs and will get rid of the unwanted waste. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!! I have decided to do an article about WATER specifically for my partner and of course all you other beautiful people out there that don’t realise the importance and power behind it. Unfortunately not all of us are educated enough to know what is and what isn’t imperative to the body. Quite often I would ask my partner if he has had any water today and his reply is usually “Doesn’t wine contain water?” Or “Beer is 92% water!” Hmmmmmm, that usually get
